Terms of service

Trimvoro is operated by Barbara Hudoklin, trading as Trimvoro, Ljubljanska cesta 16, 3000 Celje, Slovenia. These terms apply to purchases from our online store, which is hosted by Shopify.

Orders and payment

Review your items, delivery details and order total before placing an order. Provide accurate information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use.

The product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges and payment currency are shown before you complete checkout. We will not add an undisclosed charge after you order.

We send your order confirmation by email. When we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you and refund payment for that item and any delivery charges that are no longer payable. We will not substitute another item or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping and delivery policy explains delivery arrangements. Our Returns and refunds policy explains cancellations, returns and faulty-goods rights. Both form part of the purchase terms.

Product use

Use grooming tools according to their instructions. Stop using a damaged or malfunctioning tool and contact us. Product guidance does not replace advice from a veterinarian about your dog’s health.

Customer reviews

We do not invent reviews or ratings. When customer reviews are introduced, we will explain how they are collected and checked and clearly identify any incentives.

Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Where it conflicts with these terms, the Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing and disclosure of that information.

Questions and disputes

For an order question, complaint or question about reviews, email support@trimvoro.com or use our contact form. Include enough information to identify the purchase and explain the issue.

These terms are governed by Slovenian law without removing mandatory consumer protections or court rights available where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing purchase contract.
