Privacy policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Trimvoro operates this website and store, including its information, content, features, tools, products and related services. Shopify powers the store.

This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit the website, use the services, place an order or communicate with us. Where this policy conflicts with our Terms of service on the handling of personal information, this policy takes precedence.

Information we collect

Personal information identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include anonymous or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

Depending on how you use the services, where you live and what the law permits or requires, we may collect the following information and inferences drawn from it:

  • Contact details, including your name, email, phone number, billing address and delivery address.
  • Payment and financial information, including card or account details, payment method, transaction details and payment confirmations.
  • Account information, including login credentials, security questions, preferences and settings.
  • Shopping and transaction information, including products viewed, wishlisted, added to a cart, purchased, returned, exchanged or cancelled.
  • Messages and other information you provide when contacting us.
  • Device and connection information, including browser details, IP address and other identifiers.
  • Usage information, including when and how you interact with the website and services.

Where information comes from

We may collect information directly from you, automatically through your device and cookies or similar technologies, from service providers acting for us, and from partners or other third parties.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate and improve the store, perform our contract with you, process payments and orders, arrange delivery, handle returns and exchanges, manage accounts, remember preferences, enable reviews and personalize your shopping experience.

We also use it to communicate with you, provide support and maintain our customer relationship. Marketing uses can include promotional email, text or postal messages and advertising on this website or elsewhere based on shopping activity, subject to applicable law and your choices.

We use information to authenticate accounts, secure the services, detect and investigate fraud or other harmful or unlawful activity, protect safety, comply with legal obligations and valid legal requests, take part in legal proceedings, and enforce our terms and policies.

Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them with others.

When we share information

We may disclose information to Shopify and other providers that support the store, including payment processing, technology, analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfillment and shipping.

We may also share information with marketing and advertising partners, including for personalized advertising based on activity across websites and merchants. Those partners use information under their own privacy notices. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of particular advertising-related uses through Your privacy choices.

Other disclosures may occur when you request, direct or consent to them; through social-media or login integrations; within an affiliated corporate group where applicable; or in connection with a merger, bankruptcy, legal obligation, enforcement of our policies or protection of our services and users.

Named service providers

  • Shopify. Shopify Inc. hosts the store and supports orders, checkout, payments and customer accounts. It processes data in Canada and the United States.
  • Supabase. Our newsletter signup database is hosted in Ireland, within the European Union. Newsletter forms send your email address and a label identifying the form used. They do not send your name, order history or payment information to Supabase.
  • Klaviyo. Klaviyo, Inc. is our U.S.-based email marketing provider. Records synchronized from Shopify can include your email, order history and website activity, such as product views, cart additions and started checkouts. We use these records to send the marketing email you requested and decide which messages to send.
  • Meta. Meta Platforms, Inc. is based in the United States. Our Meta pixel and server-side event sharing send information about website activity, which can include pages and products viewed, cart additions and completed purchases. We use this information to measure and target advertising.

Providers process information on our instructions where they act for us. A provider’s own privacy notice governs processing it carries out for its own purposes.

Shopify and your information

Shopify collects and processes information about your access to and use of the services to provide and improve them. Information can be shared with Shopify and third parties in countries other than your own.

We also use Shopify enhanced features that can draw on information from interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify. Shopify is responsible for its processing for those purposes, including requests to exercise the related privacy rights.

Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and visit the Shopify Privacy Portal for details and available choices.

Other websites and public information

Third-party websites linked from this store have their own privacy, security and other terms. We do not control their practices or guarantee their content. A link is not an endorsement unless we expressly say so.

Information posted in public or semi-public places, including social platforms, can be visible to others and used beyond our control.

Children

The services are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. A parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion of information a child has provided.

As of the policy’s effective date, we have no actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of children under 16, using the definitions in applicable law.

Security and retention

No security measure is perfect, and information sent to us may not be secure in transit. Avoid using unsecured channels to send sensitive or confidential information.

Retention depends on why the information is needed, including maintaining an account, providing services, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing contracts or policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete or correct personal information, receive a portable copy, or request a transfer to another party. You may also have rights to opt out of the sale or sharing of information or processing for targeted advertising.

These rights have conditions and exceptions. We may decline a request where the law permits. Exercise available rights using the controls on the website or by contacting us.

We may need to verify your identity. An authorized representative may act for you where the law allows, with proof of authorization and any required identity verification. We respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Advertising preferences and browser signals

Use Your privacy choices for available opt-outs from advertising-related sale, sharing or targeted advertising.

Depending on your location, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the device and browser sending it. We also apply the request to a Shopify account when we can associate the signal with that account. Learn more at Global Privacy Control.

We do not recognize other browser “Do Not Track” signals in the same way.

Email preferences

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop receiving promotional email. You may still receive non-promotional messages about your account or orders.

Complaints

Contact us with a complaint about our use of personal information. Depending on where you live, you may be able to appeal a decision by contacting us or complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

We may transfer, store and process information outside the country where you live. For transfers from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent UK contracts, unless the destination has been recognized as providing adequate protection.

The Supabase newsletter database is in Ireland. Klaviyo and Meta are based in the United States. Shopify processes data in Canada and the United States. Transfers rely on the mechanisms described above where applicable.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy, update its date and provide notice when required by law.
