Grooming your dog at home, made a little easier
Our story
Grooming a dog at home should not feel like a battle. For a lot of us, it does. The comb snags, the light is bad, the session runs long, and everyone gives up halfway.
Reading what dog owners say about grooming tools, we kept seeing the same three thoughts. "Why does this have to be such a battle every single time?" "I have a brush. It just doesn't actually solve the problem." "Is this another gadget I'll use twice and shove in a drawer?"
We started Trimvoro as our answer to those three questions, for dog owners who want to do it themselves and keep being let down by tools never designed for a simple routine at home. We would rather do a few things properly than stock a shelf of everything, so we chose four everyday jobs and one tool for each.
Our mission
To make grooming your dog at home easy enough that you actually do it, one small job at a time.
What we believe
One tool, one job. The Halcyon Comb mists the coat as you brush. The Halo Trimmer is for small fur touch-ups. The Aegis Pro Nail Grinder files nails down gradually. The Nuzzle Glove collects loose fur as you stroke.
Honest descriptions. We say what a tool is designed to do, and stop there. No tool can promise how your dog will feel or behave, so we never do. Plenty of dog owners have been burned by fake reviews before. We will never fake a review.
How we choose our tools
Every tool has to do one everyday job, be simple enough to use on a weeknight, and be described plainly. We would rather tell you what a tool is not for than oversell it. The Halo Trimmer is for small touch-ups, not a full haircut. For a matted coat or a dog you cannot hold safely, a professional groomer is still the right call.
Who it is for
For the dog owner tired of fur on the sofa and the stairs, who keeps thinking "I know I should brush him more, but I keep putting it off." And for the one who just brought a puppy home and wants grooming to become a normal part of the week.
